TIME.com revealed the unseen portrait ‘Love through a Lens’ by Henri Cartier-Bresson and Martine Franck. The portraits are all about their love between each other and it also tell their romantic story.¦

In 2010, Franck gave an interview with Charlie Rose about their first meeting. Henri Cartier-Bresson is a founder of Magnum who told Franck at first sight “I want to come and see your contact sheet.”

They married in 1970 since then Franck becoming his second wife. Bresson was older than her for 30 years. They stayed together until his death in 2004 and Franck died in 2012.

Henri Cartier-Bresson and Martine Franck are both talented photographer and love to observe the world. Although they both have different perspective of photography and approach, their works are always full of creativity.

They captured each other portrait that showed their view, feeling and relationship. Franck told The Daily Telegraph that they rarely discussed about photography but they enjoyed taking photograph of each other and that is the reason why theses portraits occurred.
