Pentax, one of the leading camera manufacturers decided to launch anti-advertising campaign that doesn’t show any brand logo or even camera itself. ¦
Recently, Canon started to use anti-advertising approach and now its Pentax’s turn. John Lynch creates a documentary film; use only Pentax K-5, about humanitarian effort for children in faraway island. Even though there isn’t any frame that show the camera but audiences still could understand how good this camera is by looking at what he shoots. Pentax present its camera’s function indirectly throughout the footage, from general footage, sharpness, toughness and even underwater scenes.
