"Run through the sea" is a special mini-marathon where athletes needs to run from shore into the sea to reach the finish line on island. This event is held in Amphoe Langsuan, Chumpon province where Pitak Island locate.    Pitak Island has a unique landscape, although it is an island but it has sand dunes that connect the island to the shore, 1km long.

The 8th mini-marathin "Run through the sea" was held on 22nd of July. Many athletes and parnticipants from various ages and locations joined in this race. Some even said that this race was very impressive and they quite looking further for the next year.
